It’s always best to schedule a cleaning in advance. On occasion customers do call and cancel due to unexpected circumstances. It is best to call early to see if we have an opening.
No. If you intend to be out during your scheduled cleaning, please let us know how we can access your home and if there are any special instructions.
If you are not able to be present at the time of cleaning, please arrange to have someone care for your pets or place them in a safe place and notify us where they will be so that our maids do not disturb them.
We understand things change and the unexpected can happen. We do charge half of the cleaning cost if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, but if you reschedule within 30 days we will apply that charge towards your bill. Just call and notify us that you wish to cancel or reschedule and we’ll take care of it.
